Four Pitchers Team Up as Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears Shuts Out Chestatee Varsity War Eagles

Cherokee Bluff defeated Chestatee by a score of 7-0 on Tuesday as four pitchers combined to throw a shutout.
Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears secured the victory thanks to four runs in the third inning. Ethan England, Tucker Holton, and Jacob Vokal all contributed in the big inning with RBIs.
Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears fired up the offense in the first inning. Bryce England drew a walk, scoring one run.
Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears notched four runs in the third inning. Ethan England, Holton, and Vokal all drove in runs in the frame.
One bright spot for the Varsity War Eagles was a single by Joshua Bull in the fourth inning.

Brady Stephens took the win for Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears. Stephens went two and two-thirds innings, allowing zero runs on zero hits, striking out four and walking zero. Braxton Beal, Ben Crumpton, and Gowder all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory.


Brock Moody led things off on the hill for Chestatee Varsity War Eagles. The bulldog went three innings, allowing seven runs on four hits. #1 threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.
Holton, England, Vokal, and Landon Kemp all had one hit to lead Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears. Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears stole nine bases during the game as two players stole more than one. Ty Corbin led the way with five.

Cherokee Bluff defeated Chestatee 5-0 on Monday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Jack Sparks struck out Jake Hitchcock to finish off the game, after Tucker Holton surrendered zero runs on four hits over six and two-thirds innings, striking out eight.
A single by Thomas Martens in the first inning was a positive for Chestatee Varsity War Eagles.
Tucker Holton was credited with the victory for Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears. The pitcher surrendered zero runs on four hits over six and two-thirds innings, striking out eight. Sparks threw one-third of an inning in relief out of the bullpen.
Hitchcock led things off on the pitcher’s mound for Chestatee Varsity War Eagles. The pitcher allowed seven hits and five runs over six innings, striking out six and walking one. Wesley Gossett threw one inning in relief.
Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears racked up seven hits in the game. Caleb Miele and Kaden Thompson each collected multiple hits for the Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears. Thompson and Miele each collected two hits to lead Cherokee Bluff. Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears was sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Miele had the most chances in the field with seven.
Dylan Thompson went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Chestatee Varsity War Eagles in hits.

Cherokee Bluff Clinches Lead in Fifth Inning to Defeat North Hall

The Cherokee Bluff Bears stole the lead late and defeated North Hall Varsity Trojans 11-2 on Thursday. The game was tied at two with Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears batting in the bottom of the fifth when Brett House’s sac fly scored one run for the Cherokee Bluff Bears.

Cherokee Bluff secured the victory thanks to six runs in the fifth inning. The Bears offense in the inning was led by Brett House, Landon Kemp, Ethan England, Garrett Harper, and Jacob Vokal, who all drove in runs.
Cherokee Bluff got on the board in the first inning when Caleb Miele singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.
In the top of the third inning, the Trojans tied things up at two. Mills Lothridge drove in two with a home run.

Vokal was on the pitcher’s mound for Cherokee Bluff. Vokal lasted six innings, allowing four hits and two runs while striking out six and walking one.
Landon Lee was on the hill for the North Hall Trojans. Lee went four and two-thirds innings, allowing six runs on four hits and striking out four. Luke Sanders threw one and one-third innings out of the bullpen.


Cherokee Bluff collected nine hits. Vokal and Miele all had multiple hits for the Bears. Vokal led Cherokee Bluff with three hits in four at bats. Vokal led the Bears with two stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with eight stolen bases.

Bears Claim Lead in Seventh Inning to Defeat North Hall

The Cherokee Bluff Bears snatched the lead late in the game in a 9-4 victory over North Hall Trojans on Wednesday. The game was tied at four with the Bears batting in the top of the seventh when Ty Corbin hit a Grand Slam on a 3-2 count, scoring four runs.
Corbin led Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears to victory by driving in four runs. Corbin went 2-for-4 at the plate. Corbin drove in runs on a grand slam in the seventh.
Cherokee Bluff got things started in the first inning. Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears scored one run when Bryce England singled.
In the top of the sixth inning, Cherokee Bluff tied things up at four when England homered on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring three runs.

Cherokee Bluff Loses Lead Early in Defeat

Cherokee Bluff fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 5-3 loss to North Hall on Monday.
The North Hall Varsity Trojans got on the board in the first inning. An error scored one run for the Trojans.
The Bears put up three runs in the sixth inning. Caleb Miele, Bryce England, and Kaden Thompson each had RBIs in the big inning.
Kaleb Sexton led things off on the mound for the North Hall Varsity Trojans. The fireballer lasted seven innings, allowing four hits and three runs while striking out seven.

Braxton Beal was on the mound for Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears. The righty allowed five hits and four runs over four and a third innings, striking out eight. Jack Sparks and Jacob Vokal entered the game as relief, throwing one and two-thirds innings and one inning respectively.

Bryce England, Ty Corbin, Caleb Miele, and Hacob Vokal each collected one hit to lead Cherokee Bluff Varsity Bears.
