Cherokee Bluff Bears Varsity Grabs Lead in Sixth Inning to Defeat West Hall Spartans Varsity

Cherokee Bluff Bears Varsity took the lead late in the game in a 9-8 victory over West Hall Spartans Varsity on Monday. The game was tied at six with Cherokee Bluff Bears Varsity batting in the bottom of the sixth when Lucas Tritt doubled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

Jacob Vokal led Cherokee Bluff Bears Varsity to victory by driving in four runs. Vokal went 3-for-4 at the plate. Vokal drove in runs on a home run in the fourth, a single in the fifth, and a double in the sixth.

West Hall Spartans Varsity got things started in the first inning. West Hall Spartans Varsity scored two runs when Nick Sturm doubled.
